You will blueprint current_state FP&A processes, design future_state AI‑enabled workflows, and validate AI proofs‑of‑concept with business finance stakeholders.

The role partners with Data, Technology, Risk and Controls, and business leaders to drive continuous, driver‑based forecasting and executive decision support.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with depth in FP&A, forecasting, and performance management.
• Proven experience leading forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and executive reporting in a large enterprise.
• Ability to map current processes and translate into future‑state operating models.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Technology, Data, and Controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior Finance SME within cross‑functional Finance AI pods focused on FP&A, forecasting, performance reporting, and decision intelligence.
• Define business problem, scope, requirements, and success criteria for each proof‑of‑concept (POC).
• Translate finance requirements into clear, testable AI‑enabled workflow specifications.
• Lead blueprinting sessions and ensure outputs are accurate, auditable, and governable.
• Develop and validate AI POC outputs and determine if POCs should scale or transition to production.
