Qualifications

• Six Sigma Belt certification and/or Big 4 Senior Manager experience in AI and process re-engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in accounting and finance re-engineering or advisory services.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, forecasting, and FP&A process re-engineering.
• 5+ years of experience driving process re-engineering utilizing AI and automation solutions.
• Demonstrated expert-level technical knowledge of emerging AI technologies and capability frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing current state operations, documenting operational gaps, and delivering executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of Finance Six Sigma re-engineers to redesign forecasting for near real-time statements.
• Drive process re-engineering to implement AI solutions and improve IOI.
• Lead Six Sigma belts to execute future-state re-engineering initiatives.
• Oversee operating-improvement projects to optimize financial performance.
• Integrate enterprise AI and automation into FP&A workflows to unlock value.
• Set technology goals and align execution to accelerate adoption of digital tools.
• Ensure governance and ethical standards across AI-driven projects.
