Job summary

The role requires deep FP&A and forecasting experience, driver‑based modeling, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience focusing on FP&A, forecasting, or enterprise planning.
• Experience leading forecasting, planning, or management reporting in a large enterprise.
• Understanding of driver‑based forecasting, P&L analysis, and executive reporting.
• Experience collaborating with finance, technology, and data teams on process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and forecasting transformation initiatives and finance AI pods.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, success criteria, and POC acceptance.
• Translate finance needs into AI-enabled workflows with appropriate controls.
• Ensure AI solutions are explainable, auditable, and governance-ready.
• Drive adoption, training, and alignment with business leaders across functions.
