Biogen, Inc. seeks a Director of Finance Transformation to spearhead FP&A technology and process modernization. This role bridges finance and IT, owning system enhancements, automation, and AI-enabled analytics across the FP&A function.

You will steer multi-year plans, drive the AI roadmap, and ensure vendor/IT alignment while delivering measurable finance outcomes in a complex biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A experience with planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Hands-on ERP/EPM implementation experience (Oracle, Workday, SAP or Anaplan).
• Familiar with AI/ML applications in finance for forecasting and anomaly detection.
• Ability to translate finance and technology requirements into specs.
• Experience in a matrixed environment with IT, business leaders and vendors.
• Proven track record of credibility and influence with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain a multi-year FP&A technology and process plan.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements across initiatives.
• Drive the AI roadmap for FP&A including predictive forecasting.
• Represent FP&A in finance system design and modernization efforts.
• Partner with IT and data engineering on enterprise data strategy.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to milestones; adjust plans.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and roadmaps with technical fluency.
• Lead reporting/visualization capabilities in a scalable environment.
