Join us for the Senior Director, Finance role at Sodexo

InReach is seeking a Senior Director, Finance. This is a remote role, with the preferred candidate residing in the DMV area.

The Senior Director of Finance will support the InReach CFO in overseeing all financial activities for the segment, which is experiencing rapid growth through acquisitions and organic expansion across the US. The role involves integrating acquired entities, executing strategic plans, and providing financial analysis and decision support for various projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with team members to analyze and communicate financial plans and results to leadership.
• Developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management.
• Managing the monthly close process and preparing financial performance reports.
• Assisting with the integration of new acquisitions and locations.
• Translating financial data into meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Creating financial models for strategic planning.
• Presenting analytic findings to senior leadership.
• Analyzing the financial feasibility of development projects.
• Identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
• Supporting finance and accounting projects as needed.
