InReach is seeking a Senior Director, Finance. This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the DMV area.

The Senior Director of Finance will support the InReach CFO in overseeing and managing all financial activities for the InReach segment.

InReach is a segment experiencing fast growth through acquisitions and tuck-ins of vending, Micro markets, and convenience solutions operations across the US, as well as organic growth and business development actions across its existing locations. This position will assist the Segment CFO with the integration of acquired entities and the execution of the strategic plan to achieve performance objectives.

The position provides financial analysis and decision support services for a broad array of projects and initiatives. Designs and builds sophisticated financial models based on diverse data sets, to facilitate strategic decision-making. Develops, interprets, and presents reports and analysis to senior leadership. Leads the planning and development of budgets and forecasts, and provides monthly financial performance reports.

What You'll Do

1. Collaborate with team members to analyze and communicate financial plans and results to leadership.
2. Provide financial analysis, develop budgets/forecasts, variance analysis, and reports to senior managers.
3. Manage the monthly close process and provide performance reports.
4. Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses and locations.
5. Translate financial data into meaningful information supporting decisions.
6. Identify opportunities where data can achieve business benefits.
7. Create financial models for business planning.
8. Deliver presentations of analytic findings to leadership.
9. Analyze the financial feasibility of development projects.
10. Process high volumes of information and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
11. Assist finance and accounting personnel on various projects.
