Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Senior Director of Field Performance to lead field programs across the network, driving sales execution, revenue growth, and operational excellence for multiple centers. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to accelerate performance improvements.

You will coach Regional Business Directors, partner with cross-functional teams, and develop and monitor initiatives that raise center performance and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of multi-site operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading performance improvement initiatives across locations.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field performance leadership teams and manage performance improvement programs.
• Coordinate with Regional Business Directors and center leaders to implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop training and coaching to enhance leadership capability across regions.
• Monitor metrics, set targets, and ensure accountability and sustainable gains.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to drive sales, operations, and patient experience improvements.
