Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Director of Internal Communications (Field & Center) to partner with the COO and senior Operations leaders, translating strategic priorities into clear communications and counsel leaders on change and timing.

You will own Field and Center communications, collaborate with Clinical, HR, Marketing and Finance, and lead organizational change initiatives, including conference/event planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal or corporate communications.
• Experience advising senior executives.
• Experience with distributed frontline workforces; healthcare preferred.
• Strong writing, editing and message development skills.
• Ability to translate complex issues into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary communications partner to the COO and senior Operations leaders.
• Own Field and Center communications strategy and execution.
• Lead organizational change communications and event planning.
• Use data to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
