Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Field Performance to lead performance acceleration across the network. You will drive sales execution, operational excellence, and coordinated improvements in center results, patient experience, and financial metrics.

In partnership with leadership, you will coach Regional Business Directors, develop performance programs, and ensure consistent leadership development across regions. Willingness to travel up to 50-75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations or field leadership.
• 5+ years leading performance improvement initiatives across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (50-75%).

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee field performance leaders and programs.
• Oversee center performance improvement, selection, monitoring, intervention planning, and graduation criteria.
• Drive initiatives to improve sales, operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.
• Partner with Regional Business Directors, center leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
• Monitor performance data and adjust targets and accountability structures.
• Mentor Regional Business Directors and emerging field leaders.
