Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) seeks a Senior Analyst, Laboratory Optimization to drive data-driven improvements for Aspen Dental branded practices. You will analyze data, develop KPI dashboards, and support decision-making with operational insights to improve patient care and efficiency.

You will partner with Field Operations and Lab stakeholders to plan and execute continuous improvement projects, delivering end-to-end optimization and performance updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex datasets and presenting to executive leadership.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving for customer-facing solutions.
• Experience using AI to drive efficiency and analysis.
• Experience with PMO software such as Monday.com and Smartsheet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives and travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to drive KPI scorecards and dashboards; share relevant data with stakeholders.
• Identify, plan, and implement continuous improvement projects tied to business priorities.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting packages to key stakeholders.
• Offer data analysis and recommendations to lab stakeholders based on trends.
• Collaborate with Lab stakeholders and implementation teams to prioritize Lab initiatives.
