Job summary

The Aspen Group (TAG) is seeking a Director of Internal Communications (Field & Center) to translate business priorities into clear communications for Field and Center teams across the organization. This role partners with the COO and Operations leaders to drive understanding, alignment and action.

You will lead change and planning efforts, craft executive messaging, mentor the Internal Communications team and use analytics to continuously improve outcomes in a multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive internal communications, corporate communications or related experience.
• Trusted advisor to senior executives and operational leaders.
• Experience supporting distributed frontline or multi-location workforces; healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex business issues into clear, concise messages.
• Strong change communications experience and impact on adoption and outcomes.
• Exceptional writing, editing and message-development skills.
• Executive presence and judgment; ability to challenge assumptions and provide candid counsel.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive, organized working style with ownership and follow-through.
• Experience using analytics and employee insights to improve strategy and execution.
• Experience managing and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications partner to the COO, SVP of Operations and other senior leaders.
• Translate priorities, initiatives and changes into clear communications strategies for Field and Center audiences.
• Lead organizational change communications and conference/event planning.
• Develop leader messaging, emails, talking points, presentations and FAQs.
• Own timelines, approvals and follow-up, ensuring timely delivery and alignment.
• Measure effectiveness using engagement data and audience insights.
