Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a Director of Pricing to lead pricing strategy, develop complex pricing models, and manage cost/proposal efforts for federal solicitations and contract modifications.

The role collaborates with executive leadership, BD, capture, contracts, and finance to align pricing with corporate objectives, mature the pricing organization, and drive profitable growth in the federal marketplace.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of government contract pricing experience, including significant pricing federal proposals from start to finish.
• Proven leadership of pricing teams and pricing outcomes.
• Expert command of FAR/DFARS cost and pricing principles, allowability, cost realism, and certified cost or pricing data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company's senior pricing authority advising on pricing strategy and risk.
• Lead price-to-win analysis and develop pricing models for strategic proposals.
• Advise on contract type strategy (FFP, T&M, cost-reimbursable, IDIQ) and structure pricing accordingly.
• Partner with Finance on indirect rates, forward pricing, and escalation assumptions.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions with cost realism assessments.
• Develop pricing models and cost narratives for complex proposals.
