This hands‑on leadership role develops pricing models, cost proposals, and price narratives for strategic opportunities, aligning with corporate objectives and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of government contract pricing experience.
• Experience leading a pricing function or team.
• Expert command of FAR/DFARS cost and pricing principles.
• Experience pricing OCONUS work, including allowances and DFARS considerations.
• Fluency across contract types — FFP, T&M, cost‑reimbursable, IDIQ, and GSA schedules.
• Advanced Excel modeling with multi‑year, multi‑CLIN models and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and risk.
• Lead price‑to‑win analysis and develop cost‑saving pricing alternatives.
• Structure pricing for different contract types and align with delivery capability.
• Develop pricing models, cost volumes, and narratives for strategic proposals.
• Maintain basis of estimate documentation with technical/program leads.
• Support audits and cost/price inquiries by keeping audit‑ready files.
• Mentor pricing staff and train BD, program, and contracts teams.
