Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Proven ability to lead pricing organizations that win complex bids.
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition lifecycle and BD/capture alignment.
• Deep understanding of FAR and impact on proposals.
• Strong financial acumen for bid-versus-execution strategies.
• Ability to influence across multiple functions and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pricing Organization for GDIT’s Federal Civilian Division.
• Collaborate with BD, Capture, and Proposal teams to craft pricing models.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and risk analyses.
• Present economic and pricing structures to executive leadership.
• Oversee pricing analyses and integrate competitive intelligence.
• Mentor the Federal Civilian pricing team and ensure quality controls.
• Drive improvements to pricing processes and capability development.
