Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Senior Director, Business Solutions Architect - FAP to lead end-to-end Finance and Accounting outsourcing solution design for prospective clients. The role requires tailoring S2P, O2C, and R2R processes, defining staffing and delivery models, and guiding cross-functional teams through RFPs and client engagements.

You will shape pricing assumptions, service delivery, and governance, leveraging automation (RPA/OCR) and analytics to drive cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance and Accounting operations, consulting, outsourcing, or shared services.
• 3+ years designing F&A outsourcing solutions for SSC/BPO or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end F&A processes (S2P, O2C, R2R).
• Experience supporting large-scale RFPs, RFIs, and solution development.
• Experience building staffing models, productivity assumptions, and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of end-to-end F&A outsourcing solutions across S2P, O2C, and R2R.
• Translate client requirements into scalable, cost-effective service delivery models.
• Develop onshore/nearshore/offshore/hybrid delivery strategies to optimize performance.
• Create governance structures, staffing models, and service management approaches.
• Identify automation opportunities (RPA, OCR, AI) and analytics to improve processes.
• Collaborate with pricing and commercial teams to develop financial models and proposals.
• Lead discovery workshops, solution presentations, and executive stakeholder briefings.
• Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with pricing, ops capabilities, and client needs.
