Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited is seeking a Senior Director for Finance and Accounting Transformation Services, with remote work within the United States and travel as required. You will lead strategic engagements, shape solutions, and partner with CFOs to drive value through digital finance and BPO services.

In this role you will co-drive transformation bids, guide senior governance, and mentor bid teams while developing thought leadership content. A strong background in F&A/GBS is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; three years of progressive experience may substitute each year of education
• 14+ years of experience in sales/relationship management or account management
• Master’s degree (if completed) requires at least 11 years related experience

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CFOs, group controllers, and GBS leaders to secure commitment to Infosys solutions
• Act as trusted transformation partner for CXOs to achieve strategic objectives
• Co-lead F&A/GBS transformation bids with Sales anchor, ensuring competitive proposals
• Be part of senior governance for transformation projects and ensure delivery
• Create and deliver webinars/whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in F&A/GBS
• Coach and mentor junior bid-team members and develop skills
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support unit goals
