Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Multi-Domain Mission Capabilities Lead to own the expeditionary digital infrastructure stack for the Maritime mission systems. You will define deployable architecture, edge compute, data services, and classification boundaries to enable coordinated, multi-domain operations across undersea, surface, air, and space.

This senior technical role requires 10+ years in network architecture and systems engineering, with field deployment experience, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience spanning network architecture, systems/infrastructure engineering, and operational deployment of mission-critical digital systems.
• Experience delivering complex digital infrastructure in field environments and owning end-to-end outcomes.
• Deep expertise in tactical/expeditionary networking and software-defined transport.
• Strong systems engineering across compute, containerized services, and data pipelines.
• Experience designing across multiple autonomous/unmanned platforms and field operations.
• Comfortable operating in the field with travel ~40% and ability to communicate with both operators and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define the full-stack reference architecture for deployable maritime mission infrastructure, edge compute, data services, and classification boundaries.
• Own integration models across platforms: data flows, discovery, transport priorities, and degraded operation when links are lost.
• Design for expeditionary reality: deployment in hours, operation in denied environments, scaling from 2 to 50+ vehicles.
• Define network and data transport layers enabling multi-domain coordination across acoustic, RF, SATCOM, and backhaul.
• Architect edge compute and data services: workloads at edge vs cloud, mission service availability without persistent backhaul.
• Deploy field infrastructure stack: network, compute, services, data pipelines; own end-to-end performance budgets.
• Serve as senior technical authority during exercises and deployments; build repeatable deployment playbooks.
• Validate edge services and data processing under operational load; ensure correct classification boundary controls.
• Cross-functional leadership: align across maritime platform teams, translate requirements, and ship integrated capability.
