Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a transformational Senior Director, Technology Solutions to lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing management of enterprise platforms across shared services.

This leader will partner with C-suite executives to drive governance, roadmap, and operational performance of Workday and related systems, building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology environments.
• 7+ years leading large teams responsible for enterprise applications and platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology solutions for HR, Finance, Legal, and other corporate functions.
• Significant experience with Workday, including partnerships with HR and Finance.
• Proven success leading enterprise application portfolios and corporate technology platforms.
• Experience building organizations, developing leaders, and attracting top talent.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and vendor management experience.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for enterprise shared-services platforms.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology investments with business priorities and objectives.
• Own governance, health, performance, and lifecycle management of enterprise apps for shared services.
• Oversee Workday HCM and Financials, and related platform capabilities.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead a high-performing team of technology professionals and establish clear goals and development plans.
• Drive organizational readiness and change management to enable business growth and efficiency.
