Job summary

Cadent seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Systems to craft and execute a multi-year strategy for our enterprise applications, centered on CRM and ERP ecosystems like Salesforce and NetSuite.

You will drive the corporate AI strategy, identify automation opportunities with low-code and iPaaS, and mentor a high-performing team of architects, developers, and admins while partnering with executives across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise Systems or Business Applications
• Senior leadership experience with people management
• Deep CRM/ERP domain expertise (Salesforce, NetSuite)
• Proven corporate AI strategy development and execution
• Experience with low-code/iPaaS for automation and integration
• Cross-functional system ownership across HR, Legal, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year strategy for enterprise application portfolio aligned with business objectives
• Lead corporate AI strategy including enterprise search and no-code agents
• Drive automation via low-code platforms and integrations
• Oversee CRM and ERP ecosystems (Salesforce, NetSuite) and related functions
• Mentor and lead architects, developers, and admins; partner with executives
