Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Corporate Systems Architect to lead enterprise architecture for its application estate, data landscape, and AI capabilities. You will own target-state architecture, define data contracts, and guide governance across CRM, ERP, and data platforms.

You will shape the Lead-to-Cash and data integration strategy, connect Salesforce CPQ with Oracle EBS and Snowflake, and drive scalable, compliant solutions with stakeholder collaboration at VP IT and CIO level.

Qualifications

Proven senior architect with CRM/ERP transformations in global B2B environments.
Deep Salesforce Sales/Service/CPQ Experience and governance.
Strong Oracle EBS and data integration knowledge across systems.
Experience with Snowflake architecture and AI-enabled data platforms.
Lead-to-Cash lifecycle architecture across CPQ, billing, revenue, and orders.

Responsibilities

Own target-state architecture across core platforms and data landscape.
Define architectural roadmap, data contracts, and resilience principles.
Lead AI architecture, agentic framework, and governance across enterprise apps.
Design end-to-end Lead-to-Cash architecture spanning Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Stripe/Chargebee, Snowflake.
