Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Applications to lead the team responsible for Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, and the broader SaaS stack across Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations. The role focuses on strategy, delivery, integration, and modernization in a high-growth, complex environment.

You will define a multi-year platform strategy, build and guide a team of architects, developers, and analysts, and partner with executives to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology, enterprise applications, or business systems, with 5+ years leading application platform teams at the Director level or above.
• Demonstrated experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth environments - with CPQ and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise Applications Roadmap and multi-year strategy for Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, and connected systems.
• Lead day-to-day execution of initiatives: implementations, enhancements, and integrations, steering work directly.
• Act as product owner for core platforms, prioritizing with stakeholders and ensuring value delivery.
• Drive data quality, integration, and automation across platforms to improve velocity and accuracy.
• Establish governance, metrics, and release discipline across the application footprint.
• Build and lead a team of architects, developers, admins, and analysts; manage hiring and career development.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, HR, and Operations to translate business priorities into a realizable roadmap.
