Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain Center of Excellence to lead the enterprise IBP/SC planning, governance, and capacity strategy. You will unify commercial, operations, and launches, defining standards and driving data-driven decisions across the network.

You will shape master data ownership, KPI architecture, and scalable execution while advancing AI-enabled planning and enterprise integration at a global scale. This hybrid role is onsite in Exton, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or Master’s in SCM/Operations preferred.
• Advanced training in analytics or related discipline preferred.
• 12+ years of supply chain experience required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience required.
• Experience leading IBP/S&OP transformation at enterprise scale.
• Experience supporting data governance and KPI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Elevate IBP to the enterprise decision engine for demand, capacity, inventory, allocation, and launch sequencing.
• Establish data governance and KPI architecture across regions.
• Lead enterprise capacity visibility and allocation governance.
• Act as neutral enterprise integrator connecting commercial, operations, and launches.
• Shift culture to enterprise tradeoff thinking and ownership mindset.
