West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead site procurement, production planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory, shipping and related database coordination, while optimizing resources to meet delivery, lead-time, inventory and cash-flow objectives.

Responsibilities include directing site planning, inventory strategies, and cross-functional collaboration, with emphasis on continuous improvement and compliance in a cGMP environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelors in business, supply chain, engineering or finance.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in operational management in medical device/pharma/plastics injection.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site supply chain strategy across planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Partner with regional planners to balance service levels with cost and capacity.
• Own Master Production Schedule and vendor-managed inventory initiatives.
