Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks an Executive Director, End-to-End Planning to lead the planning function across the PCI supply chain. This role will drive demand planning, capacity modeling, MRP, production planning, and scheduling with cross-functional partners to improve service, inventory, and forecast accuracy.

You will lead IBP governance, develop standardized processes, and build planning capability across the network, including coaching leaders and guiding ERP improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in life sciences supply chain planning.
• 5+ years leading planning teams.
• Experience with CDMOs and multi-site environments.
• Strong ERP/AP/SCM systems knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead an enterprise end-to-end planning strategy across demand, capacity, inventory, and supply.
• Own and mature IBP governance with clear decision rights.
• Develop standardized processes, tools, and KPIs across sites.
• Translate forecasts and orders into an unconstrained demand plan.
• Lead capacity planning to align with revenue and commitments.
• Drive data discipline and master data integrity.
• Partner with operations, finance, procurement, quality, IT and leadership.
• Develop planning talent and build a strong planning community.
