Qualifications

• 12+ years supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of IBP/S&OP transformation at enterprise scale.
• Experience with data governance, planning standardization, and KPI architecture.
• Experience supporting major product/platform launches in regulated environments.
• Exposure to AI-enabled planning systems and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Elevate IBP to the single enterprise decision engine across demand, capacity, inventory, and launches.
• Standardize KPI architecture and enterprise data governance.
• Lead cross-functional governance aligning commercial, operations and launches.
• Define master data ownership and baseline data integrity governance.
• Enable capacity scaling, network balancing, and platform launch readiness.
• Institute predictive capacity risk modeling and scenario planning standards.
