Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Director of Solution Architecture (Technical Sales) to lead the Enterprise Solution Architecture team. You will drive tactical and strategic direction, coordinating with sales and customer success to deliver differentiated customer solutions and value realization.

The role requires building a high-performing team, partnering with sales leadership, and promoting Elastic’s solutions across the market.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in sales engineering or presales, including second-line/director roles.
• Experience selling into Fortune 100-type strategic accounts.
• Experience with pure cloud-based and/or open source solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Solution Architecture organization focused on engagement and performance.
• Deliver presales solutions to meet and exceed sales targets.
