Search AI Company is seeking a Director of Solution Architecture (Technical Sales) to lead the Enterprise Solution Architecture team, drive revenue targets, and build a high-performing technical leadership group across presales and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales Engineering Leadership experience.
• 7+ years of Sales Engineering individual contributor experience or relevant industry experience as an IC.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and/or open source solutions.
• Experience selling into Fortune 100 accounts and with AWS, GCP or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Solution Architecture organization focused on high engagement and performance.
• Deliver consistent presales solutions to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Develop strategic and technical territory/account plans with sales teams.
• Attract, retain, and develop top talent across the region and organization.
• Co-own customer success and ensure value realization for customers.
