Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a highly strategic Senior Director, Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) to lead the end-to-end planning process across six operating regions and provide integrated planning leadership for the total U.S. business.

Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, this role develops and executes a best-in-class S&OP process aligning demand, production, inventory, procurement and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain, planning, manufacturing, operations, or logistics leadership experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing large teams and cross-functional organizations.
• Experience leading S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Operations Planning within a large CPG/food/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with multi-site production networks and high-volume distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP across six regions and standardize integrated planning processes.
• Optimize production capacity utilization and network efficiency balancing cost and service.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to translate market insights into supply plans.
• Develop analytics dashboards and drive strategic planning including system enhancements.
