Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA seeks a strategic leader to head North America Procurement, driving enterprise value across Canada and the United States. You will lead a dispersed team of procurement professionals, shape sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure risk management and cost optimization across multiple business units.

The VP will collaborate with Finance and senior leadership to improve working capital, productivity, and supply assurance while advancing the procurement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
Significant procurement leadership experience in a large CPG/food manufacturing environment.
Experience leading multi-regional procurement transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead NA procurement strategy across multiple business units.
Drive supply assurance, productivity, and working capital improvements.
Partner with Finance and BU leadership to deliver value.
Develop leaders and succession planning.
