Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a senior leader to oversee enterprise risk management, report to the Audit and Risk Committee, and collaborate with executive leadership. You will guide risk strategy, monitor emerging issues, and drive risk communications across the organization.

The role requires extensive experience in risk management within the utility sector, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external forums.

Qualifications

• 10 years or more experience in the utility industry with exposure to risk management, finance, or strategy
• 5+ years in a managerial role
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Enterprise risk oversight and analysis (40%)
• Prepare agendas and materials for Risk Management Committee and Audit and Risk Committee meetings (30%)
• Lead special projects and provide ad hoc business team support on risk issues (20%)
• Oversee communications, administration, budget, and coordination across risk teams (10%)
