Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise risk management across the company, reporting to top governance bodies and executive leadership. You will oversee risk indicators, risk appetite, and coordination with Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams.

Leading a small team, you will guide budgets, external forums, and annual risk assessments, ensuring accurate risk disclosures for SEC filings and strategic decision-making. A quantitative background and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in utility industry with risk management/finance/strategy exposure.
• 5+ years in management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise risk oversight and analysis (40%).
• Prepare agendas for Risk Management Committee, Audit and Risk Committee, Emerging Issues Steering Committee meetings (30%).
• Special projects and consulting, ad hoc business team support relating to risk issues (20%).
• Internal and external communications, administration, budget, and coordination (10%).
