Job summary

Exelon seeks an experienced leader to drive enterprise risk management across the company. You will work with senior leadership and the Exelon Board's Audit and Risk Committee to identify, assess, and report on key risks, coordinating biannual steering and other risk workshops.

The role partners with Finance, Strategy, and Corporate Compliance to ensure risk awareness, effective disclosures, and alignment with the Risk Appetite framework.

Qualifications

• 10 years or more experience in the utility industry with risk/finance/strategy exposure.
• 5+ years of experience as a manager.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise risk oversight and analysis (40%).
• Preparation of agendas and materials for Risk Management Committee, Audit and Risk Committee, Emerging Issues Steering Committee meetings (30%).
• Special projects and ad hoc business team support relating to risk issues (20%).
• Internal and external communications, administration, budget, and coordination (10%).
