Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise risk management strategy and oversight across the company. You will coordinate risk information with senior leaders and the Exelon Board, ensuring timely reporting and awareness of emerging risks and trends.

You will lead risk-related communications, manage committees, and guide cross-functional teams to strengthen risk practices and governance across Exelon and its OpCos.

Qualifications

• 10 years or more experience in the utility industry related to risk management, finance or strategy.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk oversight and analysis.
• Prepare agendas and materials for Risk Management Committee, Audit and Risk Committee, Emerging Issues Steering Committee meetings.
• Lead special projects and ad hoc business team support related to risk issues.
• Handle internal and external communications, administration, budget, and coordination.
• Develop and deliver risk reporting for Exelon Board and senior leadership.
