Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to lead the identification, assessment and reporting of top enterprise risks across the organization in Baltimore, MD. The role partners with the EVP, Compliance, Audit & Risk and Exelon's Board's Audit and Risk Committee to ensure effective risk oversight.

You will drive risk-related governance, indicators and communications, support capital projects reviews and contribute to annual risk disclosures and planning across businesses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the utility industry with exposure to risk management, finance, or strategy.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk management and risk oversight practices.
• Prepare agendas and materials for Risk Management Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.
• Lead special projects and provide ad hoc business support on risk issues.
• Coordinate internal/external communications and budgeting for ERM.
