Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Senior Director, Business Platforms to own and operate our enterprise platform ecosystem, anchored by ServiceNow. You will lead 24/7 operations, drive security and compliance, and manage vendor relationships and a multi-million dollar budget across the portfolio.

You will partner with business stakeholders, IT, HR, Legal, and risk teams to shape a scalable, AI-ready platform foundation and delivery model across the firm.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior technical leadership in enterprise platforms.
• Deep experience with ServiceNow and platform operations.
• Strong security, risk, and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate BCG’s enterprise platform portfolio, led by ServiceNow.
• Oversee 24/7 platform support, incident response, and post-incident reviews.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets and vendor relationships.
• Align platform capabilities with business needs and security standards.
