Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in account management or business development within payments/fintech.+
• Experience navigating large enterprise organizations and complex partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strategic relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and launch of partnerships with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing).
• Define and execute a comprehensive partner relationship strategy with executive sponsorship and regular business reviews.
• Develop and nurture deep relationships with top accounts, driving growth, adoption, and shared goals.
• Forecast go-live dates, plan loyalty/expansion initiatives, and ensure partner success against business objectives.
