Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Operations to drive a step-change in Lyra’s operating leverage and effectiveness. You will lead enterprise transformation, partner with technology teams, and embed AI-driven workflows across core functions.

You will build and execute a strategy to transform operating cadence, optimize efficiency, and deliver measurable ROI with a focus on growth-stage execution and fiscal discipline.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall business experience, including 8+ years leading large-scale transformations.
• Proven experience identifying blockers, scoping paths, aligning solutions, and executing.

Responsibilities

• Define Lyra’s multi-year transformation strategy and high-impact initiatives.
• Drive enterprise transformation roadmap with cross-functional projects from concept to ROI.
• Establish KPIs and track ROI against finance benchmarks.
• Identify blockers and investments to accelerate impact.
• Lead cross-functional operators and collaborate with technical teams.
• Foster a high-performing culture with AI fluency and operational excellence.
