Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director, People Solutions to lead the technology, data, and operations backbone of the People function. You will set strategy for People technology, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure HR processes run accurately and compliantly as the company scales.

You will partner with the CPO and People leadership, owning Workday HCM, ATS, and People Analytics, while building a culture of data-driven decision making and AI-enabled initiatives for the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR ops, HR tech, or analytics with 5+ years leading teams.
• Deep hands-on Workday HCM configuration, reporting, security, and release management.
• Experience managing an ATS and integrations (Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting).
• Proven ability to build analytics capabilities and present to executives.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data privacy.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, vendors, and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for Workday HCM and ATS, including governance.
• Lead system configuration, releases, testing, change management.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Security, and Legal on integrations and privacy.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and evaluate new HR tools.
• Drive automation and self-service to improve user experience.
• Develop AI-enabled strategies for the People team.
• Build and lead the People Analytics function: planning, reporting, DEI metrics.
• Establish a single source of truth for People data with governance.
• Deliver dashboards and executive-level reporting for the CPO and Board.
• Develop predictive analytics like retention risk and modeling.
• Oversee core People Ops processes: onboarding, offboarding, data administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and reporting.
• Define service levels and improve the People service model.
• Standardize processes to support growth and acquisitions.
• Lead and develop a team across systems, analytics, and operations.
