Qualifications

• Significant experience leading organizational change for complex, multi-business or global transformations.
• Ability to influence senior sponsors and translate changes into people and performance implications.
• Experience establishing measurable readiness and adoption outcomes and acting on evidence.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and partner management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the S4 enterprise OCM strategy, multiyear roadmap, standards, governance, and deliverables for each deployment.
• Establish a model for sponsorship, engagement, change leads, site leaders, champions, and super users; coach leaders.
• Define stakeholder analysis, readiness, resistance management, training, adoption, and sustainment approaches.
• Collaborate with Communications on audience plans and timing; provide change insights and content requirements.
• Set measurement framework for readiness, training effectiveness, proficiency, adoption, and business value.
• Integrate OCM plans with program processes, data, technology, testing, cutover, and deployment.
• Direct the OCM scope delivered by external partner teams; ensure knowledge transfer and transition to internal capability.
• Lead post-go-live listening and reinforcement across waves using feedback and performance data.
• Build and coach the internal OCM team and wider network of change practitioners.
