Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks an experienced S/4HANA Change Management Leader to guide internal communications during a multi-year deployment. You will translate complex initiatives into clear messages and build plans across the organization to support transformation.

You will engage senior executives, drive readiness across workstreams, and partner with trainers to deliver role-based training. This role demands strategic thinking and strong facilitation in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in communications, organizational design, change management, or business transformation.
• Ability to coach and guide senior leadership and direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of change management methods and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the stakeholder engagement strategy for the program and tailor plans by area.
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide communications to boost engagement and leadership visibility.
• Drive readiness activities, track risks, and prepare the business for go-live.
• Define KPIs for change adoption and adjust plans based on governance input.
• Collaborate with process owners and trainers to deploy role-based training.
