Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Director of Business Deployment and Readiness to drive organizational change for S/4HANA deployments. You will align program plans with daily work, define training needs, and embed readiness activities across business units.

You will partner with leaders and process owners to manage stakeholders, assess risks, and ensure adoption of new processes. The role demands field presence with business teams and close IT collaboration in deployment waves.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering organizational change for major business processes, ERP, or enterprise technology deployments.
• Demonstrated success working with business leaders and frontline teams to assess impacts and achieve readiness.
• Experience with change networks, role-based training, readiness assessments, and go-live or hypercare support.
• Strong judgment in identifying risks, facilitating decisions, and escalating issues with clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an integrated OCM plan for each deployment, aligned with milestones.
• Partner with leaders to identify stakeholders, understand change impacts, and assign owners for actions.
• Translate process changes into roles, responsibilities, controls, and daily activities; shape communications, training, and support.
• Establish and support a business change network with change leads, champions, and super users; empower leaders to engage teams.
• Own the business readiness assessment and recommendations, presenting risks and mitigations at readiness reviews.
• Coordinate role-based learning needs, validate training content with process owners, and ensure time for participation.
• Coordinate business participation for UAT and translate feedback into readiness actions.
• Lead the OCM portion of hypercare and transition to business ownership, including reinforcement plans.
• Direct and review deployment OCM deliverables, ensuring leadership ownership of adoption outcomes.
