Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering organizational change for major ERP deployments.
• Experience with change networks, role-based training, readiness assessments, and go-live support.
• Strong judgment in identifying risks, facilitating decisions, and escalating issues with clear recommendations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or large-scale ERP deployment (valued).
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or other operational functions across multiple sites (valued).
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, or comparable change methodologies (valued).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an integrated OCM plan for each deployment.
• Partner with leaders to identify stakeholders, understand change impacts, and assign owners for actions.
• Translate changes into role-based changes in responsibilities, controls, and daily activities.
• Establish and support a business change network with leads, champions, and super users.
• Own the business readiness assessment and recommendations for deployments.
• Define role-based learning needs, validate training content, coordinate delivery, and assess proficiency.
• Coordinate business participation for UAT and translate findings into actions.
• Lead OCM during hypercare and transition to business ownership.
• Direct and review TCS deployment OCM deliverables with leadership ownership.
