Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Director of Business Deployment and Readiness to lead organizational change for teams preparing to move to S/4HANA. You will align program plans with daily work, drive readiness, and partner with IT and business leaders across deployment waves.

The role directs deployment OCM work, coordinates with TCS and change leads, and ensures training content aligns with process changes while supporting hypercare and transition to business ownership.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering organizational change for major ERP or enterprise tech deployments.
• Proven track record working with business leaders, frontline teams, and cross-functional programs.
• Experience with change networks, role-based training, readiness assessments, go-live or hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute an integrated OCM plan for each deployment.
• Partner with leaders and process owners to identify stakeholders and owners for actions.
• Translate process changes into role/responsibility changes and maintain impact assessments.
