Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Director of Labor and Employee Relations to lead enterprise-wide labor strategy, compliance, and investigations. You will partner with executives, HR, and Legal Affairs to mitigate risk and foster a productive workforce.

The role oversees CBAs, workplace investigations, and unions, acting as PMK for labor matters, and guiding policy implementation across Sharp's operations. Strong leadership and regulatory expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 6 Years progressive Labor Relations, Employee Relations, or HR management experience.
• 3 Years labor relations including labor contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering labor and employee relations services enterprise-wide.
• Design and administer programs addressing conduct, discipline, performance, and policy interpretation.
• Develop and execute labor relations strategies and CBAs.
• Represent Sharp in unions and negotiations; manage disputes and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, CBAs, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate workplace investigations and respond to agency inquiries.
