Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, employment compliance, employee and labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated enterprise strategy for employee and labor relations across MaineHealth.
• Provide executive oversight for bargaining, contract administration, grievance management, and labor negotiations.
• Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, respect, and belonging across the enterprise.
• Direct investigations and workplace issue responses to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
