Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Director of Labor and Employee Relations to provide enterprise-wide leadership for labor and employee relations strategy, operations, and compliance. You will lead a team handling CBAs, workplace investigations, contract administration, and legal proceedings, partnering with executives, HR, and Legal Affairs to mitigate risk and strengthen workforce culture.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with extensive labor relations experience, and preferred qualifications

Formación

Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
6 years progressive Labor/Employee Relations or HR management experience.
3 years labor relations including labor contract negotiations.
Master's Degree preferred.
JD or related field preferred.
SPHR/PHR certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead enterprise-wide labor and employee relations strategy, operations, and compliance programs.
Partner with executives, HR, and Legal Affairs to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
Direct CBAs, workplace investigations, and grievance processes; manage related communications.
Represent Sharp in labor relations matters, including depositions and settlements.
Develop policies and programs aligning with strategic labor relations goals.
