Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Director of Labor and Employee Relations to provide executive leadership for the organization’s labor relations strategy, operations, and compliance programs. The role partners with HR, Legal Affairs, and executive leadership to mitigate risk and promote a productive workforce culture.

The Director will oversee CBAs, contract administration, investigations, and union interactions as the PMK on labor matters, advancing Sharp’s mission to be the Best Place to Work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
• 6 years progressive Labor Relations, Employee Relations, or HR management experience.
• 3 years labor relations including labor contract negotiations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise-wide labor and employee relations strategy, operations and compliance.
• Direct design and administration of programs addressing conduct, discipline, performance and policy interpretation.
• Advise Sharp executives and departments on labor relations matters and CBAs across the enterprise.
• Represent Sharp in labor relations matters, including negotiations and legal proceedings as needed.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with dues/fees remittances and contract implementation.
