Elastic is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Data to lead the transformation of our data ecosystem, reporting to the CIO. You will own end-to-end data strategy, evolve the data platform architecture, and scale MDM into an active operational hub that enables real-time decision-making and AI-driven insights across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data leadership within a B2B enterprise, $1B+ revenue scale.
• Experience building modern cloud data platforms and MDM ecosystems.
• Ability to translate complex tech into business value and ROI.
• Leadership of manager- and architect-level teams with hiring/mentoring responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a scalable data strategy and platform evolution.
• Drive Master Data Management and data governance across multiple domains.
• Establish federated governance and automated data observability.
