Job summary

ePlus is seeking a Sr Data Architect to lead the enterprise data architecture strategy, governance, and standards across platforms, analytics, and AI. You will define target-state architectures, data models, and roadmaps to ensure security, quality, and scalability.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to translate enterprise capabilities into cohesive data solutions, oversee data contracts, lineage, metadata, and governance tooling, and mentor the next generation of data

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience across enterprise data architecture, information architecture, data modeling, integration, governance, data warehousing, or cloud data platforms, including leadership across multiple business domains or transformation programs.
Demonstrated ownership of enterprise target-state architectures, transition roadmaps, reference patterns, architecture principles, standards, and decision governance.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise-wide data architecture across business domains and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Oracle Fusion ERP).
Define the target-state data architecture, multi-year roadmaps, reference architectures, and enterprise guardrails.
Establish enterprise data domains, authoritative source principles, shared business entities, and data governance standards.
