Job summary
Elastic seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Data to guide the transformation of its data ecosystem. With $2B in revenue and a path to $4B, you will own end-to-end data strategy, evolve platform architecture, and scale the MDM hub while institutionalizing federated governance across a global enterprise.
You will bridge engineering and business, turning data into a product powering real-time decisions, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency with governance, security, and compliance
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in data engineering, architecture, or enterprise data management in a B2B setting.
- Strong fluency with modern cloud data stacks and MDM platforms.
- Track record of leading data migrations and large-scale governance initiatives.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives.
- Experience managing manager- and architect-level teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a scalable data platform roadmap for multi-billion data volumes.
- Evolve MDM hub and ensure data flows to ERP/CRM/eCommerce.
- Establish federated governance and data stewardship across business units.
- Lead data governance, quality, and compliance programs with automation.
- Promote Data as a Product with SLOs, uptime, and catalog visibility.
